The firesys help portal contains a few videos that describe the firesys functions in more detail. You can see all videos in the firesys video zone.

Additional links for navigation

To navigate in the content area of the help system, there is a “See also” heading at the end of each contents page.

Here you see links with the icon which take you to the higher-level content areas, and links with the , which directly describe subsequent contents.

Portal-based navigation

If you have any questions about operating the firesys software, you can access the help you require in just a few clicks.

The search function

Do you have a specific issue? Enter the most important key words relating to your query in the search bar in the top-right-hand corner to receive immediate help.

Breadcrumb trail

The firesys help portal navigates you through the different software functions. You can use the breadcrumb trail which is located at the start of each contents page to quickly access one of the navigation levels that you visited previously.
