New functions in the firesys group

firestarter - Word/Excel

New functions have been introduced in Word and Excel. It is now possible to insert unformatted texts in Word via a new button in the firesys group. In Excel, a new button has been added to insert values directly. A new button for firesys settings has been added in both applications.

Extension Textblock Continuation Manager

toolsxbrl - Word

If you create a continuation based on a textblock with an assigned member, the new Textblock Continuation Manager is used. This has been extended to include the function of also assigning the member of the original fact to all other facts in the chain on request.

Fact Properties - Free choice of scale property

toolsxbrl - Word

The “Scale” property for numeric facts can now be set independently of the other fact properties.

Validation - Private Character Recognition

toolsxbrl - Word

The validation has been expanded to include the function of recognising “private characters”. The corresponding character code can be copied by double-clicking and used for a search query on the Internet.

General - Improved logging

toolsxbrl - Word

Logging, i.e. the automatic creation of a log of software processes, is of crucial relevance for analysing software errors. This process has been extended for the toolsxbrl module in order to further increase the efficiency of the logs.

Export - New option for ZIP exports

toolsxbrl - Word

A new option has been added to the application settings. The option “Enable Report Package ZIP without JSON package info” allows you to create a ZIP with and without JSON identification.

Factor setting - Enumeration search

toolsxbrl - Word

In the creation dialogue of a fact of the Enumeration type, the values can be easily accessed via the search bar.

Footnotes - multiple footnote characters

toolsxbrl - Word

If a footnote reference appeared multiple times in a table, and under the condition of certain options, this could lead to the footnote being displayed multiple times in the export. For example 1) 1) 1) 1) [Footnote text]. This error has been fixed.

Incompatible MeetingPoint prevents loading of firesys

firestarter - Word

Fixed a bug that caused firesys to not start due to an incompatible MeetingPoint.

Graphic size change when transferring from Excel to Word

A bug has been fixed that caused graphics from Excel to be transferred to Word in the wrong size.

Chart adjustments for font colors

Fixed a bug that caused fonts in graphics from Excel to be transferred to Word in the wrong color.

Applying the number format removes numbers with double minus

languagenumbers- Word

Fixed a bug that caused numbers with double minus to be deleted when (directly) applying the number format (without updating from Excel).

 

Typography functions process tracking markup text

toolsfinalize- Word

Fixed a bug that caused applying typography functions to unintentionally affect tracking markup text.

Incorrect language code in the API query

toolsvalidation- Word

Fixed a bug that caused account names from Envoria to not be imported with English names.

Import table content from Excel - values in round brackets are not marked as errors

linktables- Word

Fixed a bug that caused values imported into Word to not be highlighted as errors if they were in parentheses.

Web export: “Insert logo graphic” function incorrect

toolsweb - Word

Fixed a bug that caused logo graphics to be incorrectly inserted into Excel worksheets when preparing a web export.
