New features

	Extension of the text formats in the standard layout
	|
	The text formats in the standard layout have been extended by some functions. For more information on text formats, click the following link:Edit Texts

	Support for SharePoint Online
	|
	firesys can now also be used with SharePoint Online. The login is done via form-based authentication. For more information on SharePoint Online, click on the following link: Insert contents from SharePoint

	Warning for missing access to MeetingPoint
	|
	A warning has been implemented to indicate when access to the MeetingPoint is not possible.

	Improved validation
	|
	The validation in connection with taxonomy extensions has been improved. In addition, duplicates can now be recognised better.

	Use of multiple taxonomies
	|
	You now have the option of using other taxonomies in the document in addition to the main taxonomy. You can find more detailed usage information in our help portal.

	Individual mapping export
	|
	When exporting the mapping, you can now individually set which components are to be used in it. Furthermore, there are now additional taxonomy labels from which you can choose.

	Use of Hidden Elements
	|
	Hidden elements can now be used so that you can report values that are not included in the report itself (metadata etc.).

	Deletion of Hidden Facts
	|
	You now have the option to eliminate hidden facts from your report, which could previously be used to maintain the original layout. This way you follow the recommendations of ESMA.

	Context menu extended
	|
	When creating the iXBRL and working in the tables, several right-click functions were added.

	Validation window is updated
	|
	Previously, the validation window was not closed, so that multiple windows were open for multiple validations. Now the window is updated so that no new ones have to open and the currently open one always contains the current data.

	Import of external reports
	|
	A report created with external tools can now be imported into toolsxbrl. The data can then be transferred via the clipboard manager.

	Warning for incorrect data
	|
	If the specified start date of a fact is older than the end date, a corresponding warning now appears during validation.

	Warning when overwriting an export
	|
	When creating a package that would overwrite an existing one, a warning now appears.

	Navigation to double mappings
	|
	The validation dialogue can now be used to navigate between the duplicate mappings by double-clicking.

	Increased performance
	|
	The processing speed of Word documents has been improved.

	New roles in label handling
	|
	You can now set the label handling options. As before, you can use report-specific labels with the Standard role, which are given a higher priority than the ESEF taxonomy labels. The second option is to use report-specific labels with the Verbose role. In addition, you can now also use ESEF taxonomy labels exclusively, as recommended by ESMA. This of course excludes the extensions for which there is no ESEF taxonomy label.

	Submission to the CNB
	|
	If the Czech Republic has been selected as the reporting country, the zip file automatically receives the correct file name for the CNB.

	Formula validations in the Excel report
	|
	The Excel validation report now shows which facts are affected for the formula validations.

	Validation of additional languages
	|
	The "Additional Labels", which can be added to tags, are now validated.

Bugfixes

	Error with key combination
	|
	Fixed a bug where word spacing could not be adjusted via keyboard shortcut.

	Errors with text tags
	|
	Problems occurred when assigning and restoring text tags, which have been fixed.

	Error with nil tags
	|
	An error in connection with the function "Report as nil" has been fixed.

	Fehlermeldung im Clipboard-Manager
	|
	When pasting, it could happen that the clipboard manager displayed an error message. Now the clipboard manager works as desired again.

	Deleting mappings
	|
	There was an error when deleting mappings, which has been fixed.

	GRI Taxonomy
	|
	Fixed an error that occurred when using the GRI taxonomy.

	Dialogue of not restored mappings could not be opened
	|
	It happened by mistake that the dialogue with the mappings that could not be restored could not be opened. Now this is possible again.

	Problem with text tags
	|
	Sometimes TextTags in the mapping were not deleted correctly, which could lead to errors when creating a report.
