The list view in the data-import-manager
Here you see information about all import options that were created. Double-click an object to select it. To edit multiple objects at once, select these by holding down the shift or control key.
The list view
Current status
- Up-to-date – The import file was created or the change date of the data source has not changed since the last data import.
- Not up-to-date – The data in the firesys MeetingPoint is obsolete compared to the data in the import file.
- Undetermined – There are errors with the import file (for example, no account group exists or the file cannot be found)
Indicates data that may be obsolete.
Red vertical highlighting: problems
Indicates objects that could not be imported because a problem occurred. Expanding the object displays the problem and a solution suggestion.
Element
.csv or .txt files can be imported.
Details
File name
The file name of the Excel file that is used for the import.
Storage location
The storage location of the Excel file that is used for the import.
Account group
The account group from the MeetingPoint into which the data is imported.
Key date
The key date from the MeetingPoint into which the data is imported.
Options
The import options that are used when importing the data.
Last imported on:
Displays the date of the last import.
Last imported by:
Displays the user of the last import.
Additional information
Clicking on the left arrow expands the objects and shows additional information. Where applicable, the Problem/Solution area explains why an object could not be updated during the last import process.
