Validations in Excel

You can compare figures in an Excel file/database or across files and thereby validate and them and review them for consistency. The number pairs are provided in a clear overview on the validation sheet.

You can (automatically) compare two or more numbers from one Excel document. You can allocate these to a group and display them in the comparison sheet in a clear overview. more

The master value manager

The “control centre” for all central values. Keep an overview of which central values are stored in the MeetingPoint. Here you can also create manual values and use these for cross-file validations later on. more

The account workbook

The account workbook is a convenient way of making a large amount of data to be validated available to all firesys users in the MeetingPoint. Based on an Excel file, it is easy to link data from the consolidation system with the firesys world. more

The validation worksheet

With the validation worksheet you can compare “number pairs” with each other and thereby review them for validation and consistency. The number pairs are listed clearly on the validation worksheet, deviations are also shown. more
